Starting from July 1, 2025, the price of our language support service for
\nJapanese health insurance holders has been changed from monthly subscription to 2,200 yen per visit.<\/p>\n

The previous support fee is no longer valid as the new fee system has been implemented.
\nFor patients without Japanese health insurance, the language support fee is included in the cost.<\/p>\n

Please refer to the consent form for information about the language support fee.

Explanatory form for the language support service and its fee
\n<\/strong>\u8a00\u8a9e\u30b5\u30dd\u30fc\u30c8\u30b5\u30fc\u30d3\u30b9\u304a\u3088\u3073\u6599\u91d1\u306b\u95a2\u3059\u308b\u8aac\u660e\u66f8<\/p>\n

At our clinic (Rose Ladies Clinic), if a doctor or staff member determines that you have difficulty explaining or consulting in Japanese, we may ask you to provide one of the following support services to ensure more accurate and reliable treatment. \u5f53\u9662(\u30ed\u30fc\u30ba\u30ec\u30c7\u30a3\u30fc\u30b9\u30af\u30ea\u30cb\u30c3\u30af)\u3067\u306f\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u8a9e\u3067\u306e\u8aac\u660e\u3084\u8a3a\u5bdf\u304c\u96e3\u3057\u3044\u3068\u533b\u5e2b\u307e\u305f\u306f\u30b9\u30bf\u30c3\u30d5\u304c\u5224\u65ad\u3057\u305f\u5834\u5408\u306b\u306f\u3001\u6b63\u78ba\u3067\u5b89\u5fc3\u306a\u8a3a\u7642\u306e\u305f\u3081\u306b\u3001\u4ee5\u4e0b\u306e\u3044\u305a\u308c\u304b\u306e\u30b5\u30dd\u30fc\u30c8\u3092\u304a\u9858\u3044\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

      1. Use of the language support service is optional. However, if we deem it necessary for medical treatment, we may ask you to use the service (including the use of translation device).
